"Summary: As an Application Lead for Workday Core Integrations, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing integrations, and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core Integrations, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Workday Core Integrations and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Workday Core Integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect. - Strong understanding of Workday Integration Architecture and related technologies. - Experience with web services, SOAP, REST, and XML. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
