Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Business Requirements Analysis and contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute to the design, development, and testing of applications - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality - Troubleshoot and debug application issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements - Develop technical specifications and design documents - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Participate in the full software development lifecycle - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis - Experience in designing and building applications - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies - Proficient in programming languages such as Java or C# - Experience with database management systems - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
