Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring user satisfaction and system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Optimize support workflows to enhance user satisfaction and system functionality. - Resolve user issues efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. - Experience in designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. - Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation. - Familiarity with Workday Studio and EIBs. - Experience with Workday configuration and customization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An Oversaw Workday HCM case management operations efficiently resolving user issues and optimizing support workflows to enhance user satisfaction and system functionality is required. - Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
