Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring that applications are designed and built to meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for configuring and customizing applications based on user requirements, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise. With your expertise in application development, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement efficient and scalable applications based on business requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet user requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Java Enterprise Edition, Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
