Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide problem-solving solutions. With your creativity and expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to design and configure applications. - Ensure that applications align with business needs and requirements. - Contribute to key decisions and provide insights on application development. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of applications. - Document application design, development, and configuration processes. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Identify and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Experience in Workday Talent and performance is a must. - Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using Workday Core HCM. - Knowledge of Workday configuration and customization. - Familiarity with Workday integration tools and techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Experience in Workday Talent and performance is a must.
