Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and test software applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL. - Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and data privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
