Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle PCMCS, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and define key performance metrics for profitability and cost management. Develop comprehensive solution designs and functional specifications based on client requirements, industry best practices, and Oracle PCMCS capabilities. Configure Oracle PCMCS applications to support cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing best practices and knowledge transfer. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle PCMCS solutions. Stay current with industry trends and Oracle product updates, continuously enhancing your expertise and contributing to the development of new service offerings. Professional & Technical Skills: Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud products, with a focus on Profitability and Cost Management Cloud (PCMCS). Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Oracle PCMCS implementation projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including cost allocation methodologies, activity-based costing, and profitability analysis. Proficiency in Oracle PCMCS configuration, including data model design, rule creation, calculation scripts, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, as needed. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
