Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development and implementation process, ensuring smooth and efficient application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. - Ensure smooth and efficient application functionality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications. - Knowledge of application configuration and customization. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Workday modules such as Workday Financial Management or Workday Payroll. - Experience with Workday implementation projects. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Workday Core HCM certification is required.
