Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to the project role description and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing application features, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also actively participate in team discussions and become a subject matter expert in Pega Platform. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Implement application features and functionality using Pega Platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications. - Ensure the applications are developed according to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega Platform. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pega Robotics Process Automation. - Strong understanding of Pega application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. - Knowledge of Pega case management and workflow design. - Familiarity with Pega integration capabilities and APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug Pega applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
