Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that optimize financial management processes using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial management processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the smooth functioning of financial management processes by troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure they meet the required standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Essbase and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). - Strong understanding of financial management processes and principles. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Reporting. - Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
