Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that optimize business processes and enhance application functionality. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application components, coding and testing applications, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions. With your expertise in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM), you will contribute to the development of robust and efficient applications that drive business growth and success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop application components using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) to meet business process and application requirements. - Code and test applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Ensure the successful deployment of applications by coordinating with deployment teams and conducting necessary testing. - Document application design, development, and deployment processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and related technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language). - Familiarity with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JMS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java programming language. - Experience in working with databases such as Oracle or MySQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
