Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop high-quality software applications using ASP.NET MVC. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development. - Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
