Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing Android applications and ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and end-users. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing application architecture, coding, testing, and debugging applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to other team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop Android applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand application requirements. - Design and implement application architecture, ensuring scalability and performance. - Write clean and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support and guidance. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android application development. - Assist in the documentation of application design, functionality, and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kotlin programming language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON. - Knowledge of Android UI/UX guidelines and best practices. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to work with third-party libraries and APIs. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
