Summary: As an Application Developer for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with SAP PM, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PM applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective use of SAP PM applications and adherence to established processes and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP PM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Production Planning (PP). - Solid understanding of SAP PM configuration and customization, including master data, maintenance planning, and work order management. - Experience in SAP PM integration with other SAP modules, such as MM and PP. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP PM solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
