Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automated testing and the ability to apply it effectively in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Perform automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of applications. - Identify and troubleshoot application issues and bugs. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
