Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring the system to meet the organization's needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement software solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Configure the system to meet the organization's needs and ensure smooth integration with other modules. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Train end-users on the functionality and usage of the application. - Document technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other HR modules. - Experience with data migration and system integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development module. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
