Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Pega Platform to develop efficient and effective solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements. - Design and develop Pega applications based on business needs. - Configure and customize Pega rules, processes, and user interfaces. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing and resolve defects. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Stay updated with the latest Pega Platform features and best practices. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application performance and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pega CSA and CSSA Certified. - Strong understanding of Pega application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega workflows, data models, and user interfaces. - Knowledge of Pega integration capabilities and experience in integrating external systems. - Familiarity with Pega decisioning and case management frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Pega applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
