Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in React.js to develop efficient and user-friendly applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand project requirements, designing and implementing application features, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and performance benchmarks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using React.js. - Write clean and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to React.js. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application defects and issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux, TypeScript. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
