Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with a team of professionals. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing Salesforce Lightning Aura Components, ensuring the applications meet the needs of the business and adhere to best practices. You will also actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and build Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Configure applications to meet business process requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce development trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
