Summary: As an Application Developer in Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test Pega applications based on the defined requirements. - Configure and customize Pega applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications, ensuring their smooth functioning. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega Platform to continuously enhance the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of Pega development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). - Knowledge of Pega frameworks and ability to customize them as per business requirements. - Hands-on experience in creating and configuring Pega workflows, user interfaces, and data models. - Familiarity with Pega integration capabilities and ability to integrate Pega applications with external systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
