Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data & AI Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts. Looking for highly skilled and experienced Data and AI SME having deep understanding of data architecture and artificial intelligence. Virtual Assistant performing integrated actions Uplift the existing chatbot capability with improved contextual search using AI. Lead the design and architecture of AI and Data-Driven solutions to meet business requirements. Design the solution to build analytics reports and dashboards to draw insights (e.g., identifying pain points, root cause, etc.) from data by integrating with different data source/core systems. Strong understanding of AI models/algorithms, Behavioural and Predictive analysis to design solutions such as Building hiring manager/recruiter dashboard to hire the right quality of the candidates. Strong understanding of data processing and ETL tools. Experience with data visualization tools. Ensuring solutions are seamlessly integrated with existing systems and processes. Work closely with Cross Functional Teams, BA, and other stakeholders to understand the requirement and build solution. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on solution and best practices to the cross functional teams and other stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data & AI Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
