Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed using Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS) skills. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring them to meet the specific needs of the organization. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and develop applications using Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS) skills. - Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux or Flux architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development React Javascript (FED ReactJS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
