Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Flexcube Core Banking to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Configure and customize Oracle Flexcube Core Banking to meet specific business needs. - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL. - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Flexcube Core Banking to meet specific business needs. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle Flexcube Core Banking. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
