Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing application solutions, and configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll system to meet client needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design application solutions. - Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Implement and customize Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll system to meet client needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll system and its functionalities. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and customization. - Experience with data migration and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
