Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand application requirements - Create technical specifications and design documents for application development - Develop and maintain software code using programming languages and tools - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and quality - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - Experience with SQL and database concepts - Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and methodologies - Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage - Experience in data validation and data quality assurance - Familiarity with data modeling and dimensional modeling - Ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - This position is based at our Chennai office - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
