Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that align with industry best practices and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components to meet the application requirements. - Implement and customize Salesforce features and functionalities using Apex and Visualforce. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of the applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. - Assist in the deployment and release management of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce CPQ. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
