Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Candidate will be required to create visual assets in developing impactful learning material. This includes creating training courses related to SCM / ERP modules that enables end users to understand the Oracle applications and enables them to perform their daily tasks / job processes on Oracle Cloud ERP. - Liaison with key stakeholders both internal & external to understand the training requirements based on user roles and develop course curriculum. - Write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, practice activities, and assessments. - Works with the training coordinator as needed to develop training content using PowerPoint & or eLearning modules - Should be able to work in a team, accept feedback and show continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Responsible to work on eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline & Camtasia and develop eLearning courses, creating slides/pages, aligning graphics and text, editing audio and video elements - Responsible for producing the course slides/pages Includes creating/editing PPT training modules, audio editing/Video editing/text alignment/Graphical alignment/feedback implementation (client & internal) - Good communication, Open to challenges, Ability to learn new modules quickly and deliver the content Additional Information: - Any graduate with overall 5 to 6 years experience in Learning & Development field with Good English communication and preferably good exposure to Oracle ERP modules / Supply Chain Management. - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Any graduate with overall 5 to 6 years experience in Learning Development field is required.
