Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test applications using SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. - Customize and configure the applications to meet the specific needs of the business. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of the applications with other systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Assist in the documentation of the application development process and maintain the technical documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP CX modules such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud. - Strong understanding of the sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) concepts. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Cloud Platform. - Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Process Integration (PI). - Experience in working with SAP Cloud Application Studio for application customization and extension. - Familiarity with SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C APIs and web services. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
