Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using ESRI ArcGIS. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and deploying applications, and ensuring their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using ESRI ArcGIS, ensuring their functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business process and application requirements, and develop solutions that meet those requirements. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs, utilizing ESRI ArcGIS tools and technologies. - Ensure the quality and integrity of applications through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in ESRI ArcGIS and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other GIS software such as QGIS or MapInfo. - Strong understanding of GIS concepts and principles, including spatial analysis, data management, and cartography. - Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java. - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Solid grasp of database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, geography, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful GIS solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
