Must have Skills : Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Technology Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Scrum Master - Billing We are searching for an accomplished and motivated Scrum Master to become a key member of our Oracle C2M Meter-to-Cash project team As the Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the agile development process, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Oracle C2M project Your adept leadership and expertise will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative and productive team environment Technical Experience : Lead and coach the development team and product owner in Agile and Scrum practices, guiding them to uphold the principles and values of the framework - Conduct Scrum events, which encompass daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, with an emphasis on effectiveness, focus, and adherence to time-boxing - Collaborate closely with the product owner to sustain a well-refined backlog, prioritize user stories, and establish a clear comprehension of the product vision Professional Attributes : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience - Certified Scrum Master CSM or an equivalent Agile certification - Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment, preferably possessing familiarity with Oracle techno Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus Additional Info : Dedicated Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies and a desire to contribute
