Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Technical Experience A. Candidate must have experience on the functional design, mapping with Oracle HCM cloud, system configuration and gap analysis in Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR and Absence B. Candidate must have basic knowledge of end-to-end process flow and features of HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports. C. Good to have knowledge on working process for both Outbound and Inbound Integrations of Oracle HCM Cloud to document and perform functional unit testing and validate the current business process. D. Good Knowledge in enterprise level design, Core HR and Absence to involve in third party integration to and from Cloud HCM. E. Understanding of Report Security, and Standard Reports/Integrations. F. Any experience in any other Oracle HCM Cloud modules viz., Compensation, OTL or any technical experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities A. Identify business requirements for the Integrations and Reports and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud. B. Ability to create or update Functional design documents for Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations and Reports. C. Should be able to conduct Requirement sessions, Functional discussions with Onshore teams as well as the end Customer. D. Should be able to conduct required sessions on Integrations and Reports with the offshore development team and guide on functional testing. E. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore. Professional Experience A. Should have Strong written and Oral communication skills. B. Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members. C. Strong analytical skills and presentation skills. D. Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes. E. Should be able to handle client discussions independently and should have excellent communication skills. Educational Qualification A. B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA B. Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation specifically in Integrations. C. Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
