Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key responsibilities(The field is mandatory) 1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in project planning. 2. Identify and engage key stakeholders. Establish a governance structure for decision-making in stakeholder management 3. Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements in requirement gathering 4. Design new warehouse processes aligned with SAP EWM functionalities. Document the processes in a Business Blueprint document in process design . 5. setting up master data, warehouse structure, and processes to configure in SAP EWM in system configuration. 6. Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements 7.Must carry out data migration,end user training,cutover planning,system validation in final preparation phase 8.Execute the cutover plan and go live with SAP EWM in Go-Live phase 9.Provide intensive support for a defined period post go-live to resolve any immediate issues and ensure a smooth transition in hyperacare support Technical Experience(The field is mandatory) Must To Have Skills: 1. In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM inbound process like POSC,LOSC 2. Knowledge of implementing SAP EWM outbound process like POSC,LOSC,wave managment,pick denial,pick cancellation 3.Good knowledge of internal process like replenishment,slotting,rearrangemnt,phsyical inventory,stock transfer, transfer posting,adhoc process 4.Good knowledge of master data,RF process,PPF functionality,yard management,kit to stock,kit to order 5. Strong understanding of integration of PP-EWM,QM-EWM and integration with other third party systems Good To Have Skills: 1. SAP MFS fully automated warehouses, high rack AS RS, conveyors, AGVs interfaces via TCP IP to PL. Professional Experience(The field is mandatory) 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 2. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers including global team from US, EU etc. 3. Excellent stakeholder management skills 4.Good analytical skill
