Summary: As a Gen AI Engineer / Data scientist, you will have good understanding of framework, Services and Joule Hands on experience on using Gen AI Hub service Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality software code. - Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficient in SAP AI Core and Gen AI Hub, Prompt Engineering, Vector DB, RAG - The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Generative AI. - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Generative AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. -Exposure to Fine tuning or training large models esp. LLMs, Advance transformers/Multimodal training (using pretrained or training smaller models) -Exposure to Classic AI tracks such as NLP, Computer Vision, Mathematical Optimization, Predictive Modelling, ML Algorithms, Neural Networks and DL Frameworks, Recommender System -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must. -Experience on Cloud platforms and applications will be an added advantage. Education: - Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required. - Masters in AI/ML field (Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) preferably from a reputed institution
