Project Role : Software Development Lead
Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Minimum 20+ year(s) of experience is required. Must Have: 1- The candidate would have a 10+ yrs track record as a development manager for software development projects, preferably in a large software development company or any startups. 2- Project Management Skills Project Management, Software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies. 3- Technical Skills Azure / AWS. Gen AI, Data Engineering, Clod Native Patterns, Data Management in complex distributed systems, security process and best practices. Good to Have : 1.Domain Expertise in the Engineering / Manufacturing software space would be a strong plus. Technical Experience: 1- The candidate must have overall experience of 20+ with a 10+ yrs track record as a development manager for software development projects, preferably in a large software development company or any startups. 2- Project Management Skills Project Management, Software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies. 3- Technical Skills Azure / AWS. Gen AI, Data Engineering, Clod Native Patterns, Data Management in complex distributed systems, security process and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. The IXTS Asset Development lead will be accountable for the coordination of software development activities across IXTS assets (twin, thread , Gen AI , others) , and will manage the output of development / delivery managers for individual assets. 2. The asset development lead will be the critical interface between product manager and product owners for IXTS assets, Technical Architects, and the onshore/offshore leadership team Lead Technical development & drive synchronization and consistency across IXTS assets. 1 .Coordinate development activities across multiple IXTS development streams. 2 .Orchestrate release trains across assets and teams. 3.Ensure consistency of agile development methodology & continuous improvement of development efficiency. 4.Serves as an escalation point for product issues based on formalized escalation process. Grow IXTS asset development capability 1.Hire, train, manage additional development managers for new asset projects. Development managers implement development plans, are accountable for team support , issue resolution and timely delivery. 2 .Support asset development managers across workstreams to migrate development risk & issues related to planning , cross-project dependencies & Staffing. 3 .Manage overall development resource allocation & budget. Manage budget forecasts and actuals across all aspects functional & Nonfunctional. 4.Work with PMO to onboard the proper development resources across IXTS asset projects & facilitate the roll off/replacements were needed. Provide a single development interface to other asset related functions and to leadership 1.Work closely with other function leads & asset leadership team (Tech. architect, Sr. product owner). 2.Provide transparency of product investment & progress at a high level to IX leadership & stake holders. 3.Interact with shared service leads to factorize common needs & proactively plan related activities (too migration , security issues,.)
