Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will utilize your expertise in OpenText ECM Tools to create efficient and effective applications that enhance business processes and improve productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: Serves as the subject matter expert for banking application Fiserv DocPlus (or Similar Customer communication management product like 'OpenText Exstream') to design and create letters/correspondence. Performs administration and configuration duties in conjunction with the Information Technology department. Manages the stages of the software application including, release and alert testing, coordinates alert and release upgrades. Knowledge of basic Javascript, XML, library files, variables Manages the deployment through CI/CD tools like BitBucket Manages the end user experience within Fiserv DocPlus and related applications. Troubleshoots issues. Responsible for change management. Participates and leads in technology refresh projects related to the banking applications. Responsible for peer access reviews. Oversees customer letter design and Notices generation. Actively leads process efficiency exercises to fully utilize the Core banking applications Good to have knowledge of JIRA/Service now for change request creation and user stories.
