Key Responsibilities A Identify business requirements for HCM Data Conversion B Translate functional design documents to technical design documents C Perform end to end testing D Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Cloud Data Conversion E Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer F Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction Technical Experience A Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader B Expertise in working across different technical workstreams for RICEW development eg Interfaces, Reports Professional Attributes A Strong written and oral communication skills B Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible C Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills D Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes Educational Qualification A BE/MCA Additional Information A 5 plus yrs tech exp in Oracle HCM Cloud B 1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation exp
