Key responsibilities 1.Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Manufacturing projects, from planning and scoping to execution and deployment. 2.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. 3.Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and business goals. 4.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. 5.Utilize your expertise in SAP Manufacturing modules on S4/HANA (SAP MM, SCM, PP, QM, FI) to design, configure, and customize solutions that address client needs and industry best practices. 6.Conduct workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and project team members on SAP Manufacturing functionalities and best practices. 7.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 8.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools. 9.Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. 10.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on SAP Manufacturing solutions and best practices. The role requires some overlap with US counterparts and flexibility for working in second shift is required. Professional Experience 1. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 3. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers including global team from US etc. 4. Excellent stakeholder management skills Technical Experience 1. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing implementation and delivery, with a focus on S4/HANA. 2. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA Manufacturing modules, including PP, MM, QM, PM, and MES integration. 3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex SAP projects in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a consulting environment. 4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and project teams. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. 6. Relevant SAP certifications in S4/HANA and Manufacturing modules are highly desirable.
