Must have Skills:[object Object] Good to Have Skills: [object Object] Job Requirements: '',//?field Key Responsibilities: Understand Client existing COE structure that was created for Salesforce Assess and Identify any gaps that could exist within the current COE structure and governance model Analyze existing applications and their technical stacks and identify potential applications for transition into NET/Java COE Confirm demand estimate and projection Generate growth model from architectural standards and technical uplift of existing applications Technical Experience: Strong technology experience in NET Good Project Management Experience Plan for POD design including roles, description of roles, target level of resource capability and years of experience and locations Review, refine and finalize the Governance model Coding standards Validation and Testing strategy Support strategy Security process DevOps tools and process Transition planning Performance metrics Professional Attributes:1: Good Team management skills 2: Client facing skills Educational Qualification:15 years Full Time Education Additional Info: Work with Agile methodology and Life Science
