Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, coding and testing applications, and providing technical support and guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity. - Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization. - Work on data analysis to improve data models to feed business intelligence tools to foster data-driven decision making - Build pipelines to ensure production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it. - Designs and evaluates open source and vendor tools for data lineage. Designs data integrations and data quality framework. - Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Bachelor or equivalent focusing on engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution - ideally 8+ years of experience in a similar position focused on developing data pipelines within the finance sector, with Strong knowledge of Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Server. - Experience with data processing languages such as SQL, - Experience with data modeling and database design with cloud computing concepts - Solid understanding of relational database other Azure Data related components. - Experience in designing and implementing complex ETL and process flows. - Expertise across data transformation frameworks; Good to have Azure/Azure DevOps knowledge. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
