Key Responsibilities A Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor B Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor C Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Technical Experience A Experience on Fast Formula B Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor C Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps D Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor to meet client requirements E Prepare Functional Requirement Documents, Functional Designs F Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure Professional Attributes A Strong written and oral communication skills B Interact and Deliver results by working with the Cross-Organization team members responsible C Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills D Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes Educational Qualification A BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Additional Information A Prior experience with 2 or more Oracle Cloud OTL implementation B Oracle Cloud Certified preferred
