Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using PeopleSoft PeopleTools. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: a Be a expert team member, helping other technical developer b Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2 c Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagram d Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for Payroll for North America (NA Payroll) e Design and build batch programs in Payroll and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical Skills: a Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools HCM. b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages and have exposure to COBOL debugging. c Good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft Payroll for North America (NA Payroll) d Good working experience on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above e Good Knowledge in Oracle SQL/PL SQL f Good experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Professional Attributes: a Team Player b Excellent Communication Skill c Quick Learner d Contributor Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis
