Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer with extensive experience in creating and managing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, as well as the Dataverse. They should be adept at developing and maintaining secure, scalable solutions, with a focus on access control through groups and teams. Additionally, the candidate must excel at managing complex projects with minimal documentation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions utilizing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse. - Implement and manage security protocols, including access control via groups and teams, to ensure data integrity and user role compliance. - Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft tools, including Power Automate, to automate workflows and enhance functionality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex, undocumented projects, using problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize application performance, focusing on improving user experience and reducing load times. - Provide guidance on best practices for Power Apps architecture, data modeling, and governance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with other low-code development platforms. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing user-friendly and intuitive applications. - Knowledge of data integration and API development. - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
