Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of SAP applications and implementing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and developing applications, collaborating with team members, and providing solutions to improve application performance and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop SAP applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful implementation of applications. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve application quality. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure smooth functionality. - Optimize application performance and enhance user experience. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of SAP application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and configuring SAP applications. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience with SAP testing and quality assurance processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE/MCA degree is required.
