Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed in line with industry standards and best practices. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application solutions, and conducting testing and debugging activities. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and implement application solutions based on business process and application requirements. - Conduct testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP GRC. - Knowledge of SAP GRC modules and functionalities. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC applications. - Familiarity with SAP GRC integration with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security and Authorization concepts. - Experience in implementing SAP GRC access controls and risk management. - Knowledge of SAP GRC reporting and analytics tools. - Understanding of SAP GRC best practices and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
