Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and security protocols. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to ensure they meet quality standards and security protocols. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the development process. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Document and maintain technical specifications and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Ariba. - - Strong understanding of SAP GRC functionalities and modules. - - Knowledge of SAP GRC implementation methodologies and best practices. - - Familiarity with SAP GRC security and authorization concepts. - - Experience in designing and configuring SAP GRC workflows and rulesets. - - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GRC. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
