Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical skills, and ensuring the applications meet the required standards and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and requirements. - Design and develop applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical skills. - Ensure the applications meet the required standards and functionality. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Store Operations Assist module. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical concepts and architecture. - Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. - Knowledge of CRM development tools and technologies. - Familiarity with CRM integration and data migration. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug CRM applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education and minimum 2 to 4 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical skills with Store Operations Assist module experience is required.
