Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the development process. You will also be involved in the deployment and maintenance of the applications to ensure their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design application architecture and develop high-quality code. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the applications are error-free. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications to ensure their smooth functioning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with web application development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server. - Knowledge of web services and API integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ALIP Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
