Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and deploying applications, and ensuring their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business process and application requirements. - Ensure the functionality and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and related technologies. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications as needed. - Should be flexible with 24 X 7 shifts and On calls - Mandatory Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Must have experience in SBC-Sonus/Ribbon - Microsoft Teams voice solution - Direct Routing and PSTN Calling, call routing and telephony features, device configuration and management, emergency calling, Call queues and auto attendants, Voicemails, Configure Calling Policies like Voice, Emergency etc.. Dial Plan for extension dialing, Call Park policies, Caller ID policies, Inbound call blocking, prepare users for calling, Order a phone number, Porting. Deep knowledge in Audio Conferencing Bridge, Order & Maintain Conference Bridge Number. CVIs. - Through knowledge on Session Border Controller (SBC), Certificate management, Configure SIP Interfaces on SBC, Configure Proxy Sets & Proxy Addresses Interfaces on SBC, Configure Coder Groups on SBC, Configure IP Profiles/Groups/SRTP on the SBC, Configure Message Manipulation on SBC, Configure IP to IP Calling rules on SBC, Verify the SBC Connections to Team, Configure voice routing, Configure Emergency Location Identification Number (ELIN), Deploy Location-Based Routing based off of subnets etc. - Deep knowledge of design and deployment of a Microsoft Teams voice solution - Assess the voice requirements of the organization, including the number of users, the telephony features required, and any specific compliance or security requirements.. MSTeams voice solution and provide guidance on how to troubleshoot these issues, such as voice quality problems, call routing issues, and telephony feature issues. Configure & Manage voice users, AD, Team phone, Operator connect, Teams Phone Mobile, Direct routing, Calling Plans, appropriate License, Dial Plans, Calling policies. - Configure, deploy & Manage Teams Devices, android, MTR on android, and other features, resource account and Exchange Online mailbox. - Should be flexible with 24 X 7 shifts and On calls - Mandatory - Through knowledge on Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams voice. Configuring and managing Teams devices such as IP phones and conference phones, MTR rooms. Hands on experience on troubleshooting voice quality issues in a Microsoft Teams environment. Experience with Microsoft Teams voice security and compliance features such as call recording and data retention policies. Experience in Setup PowerShell scripting for Microsoft Teams administration, Certificate management, Managing roles & License. - Good understanding on network requirements, Network Planner, Teams Network Assessment Tool to troubleshoot or understand - DNS related issues, local internet breakout, Internet link capacity, WAN or ExpressRoute, local PSTN, PSTN egress and Quality of Service (QoS), Run the Network Connectivity Check & interpret Results of the Network Connectivity Check. Should have experience in working in Multi-Vendor, Network requirements and Quality of Service (QoS), and voice security and compliance features. Identifying & Working on Firewall Ports issues. - Monitor the Microsoft Teams voice solution- Run Reports. CQD, CQD on Power BI Query Template, PSTN usage reports, Diagnose & Troubleshoot direct routing issues, identify issues with call analytics, SBC SIP logs signalling details, Health check, Updates, Notifications & Alerts, - Integrated contact center as a service (CCaaS) solution for Microsoft Teams. - Documentation for troubleshooting common issues with Microsoft Teams, Knowledge base articles, - Other Vendor tools experience required - Akkadian, Cisco Webex, Call Manager, SRST, Unity, UCCX, Calabrio, Cisco Router (VG/Cubes), Directory connector, Expressway, Control hub, Video mesh nodes, Cisco codecs/VC systems, Pexip, ThousandEye, VMs, vSphere infra, Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - Should be flexible with 24 X 7 shifts and On calls - Mandatory
