Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of applications while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless delivery of applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines while developing applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 18 years of experience in Program Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. - Experience in managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
