Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that optimize business processes and enhance user experience. Your expertise in SAP HCM Payroll will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of payroll processes and accurate employee compensation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in SAP HCM Payroll - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring timely project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees - Design and implement enhancements to the payroll system - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs - Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance - Provide support and training to end-users - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP HCM Payroll Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Payroll schemas and rules - Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance - Knowledge of wage types, tax calculations, and statutory requirements - Experience in integrating SAP HCM Payroll with other modules - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors - Experience in implementing payroll enhancements and optimizations - Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BE or BTech in any discipline is required. A PGDBM or MBA would be an advantage.
